Meet the Directors

Scarlet Dot is founded on a solid business partnership, comprised of 3 successful entrepreneurs with a long and successful trading history in both Europe and America. Together, this partnership has delivered a range of business initiatives in the hospitality sector of London.

As part of this partnership's continued commitment to the local area, following an exhaustive process of validation and against considerable competition, they were selected to open the first Indian Hâute Cuisine restaurant in this redeveloped Spitalfields market area.

Scarlet Dot opened its doors in October 2005 to serve the expanding City fringe presence in Spitalfields, from this Allen and Overy Lord Foster designed building. This opportunity was secured by working in close partnership with Spitalfields Development Group and Hammersons. These powerhouses of the City selected this company for its Directors' vision, clear approach to business, and its existing restaurant's considerable reputation for excellence.

The company's vision is that Scarlet Dot and Zeera will become the Indian restaurant destinations within their areas, providing the highest quality hospitality services to the corporate and community sectors. These restaurants are where the vibrant cultural hub of Tower Hamlets, the Docklands and City of London entwine; where the mystique of century old traditions, spices and recipes, prepared with a twist of originality, are showcased in the most contemporary designed restaurants.
